Bible Studies

Studying something is a major way of helping us to understand it. The Bible is no different, and so at Islington we provide a number of opportunities to do this. We do it at the church and in people's' homes. We encourage the groups to be interactive, so it's OK to ask questions [by the way there's no such thing as a silly question]; for the aim isn't to air knowledge but to share it. We encourage this approach so that we can all learn, benefit, and grow together in our understanding of God's word in the Bible, and how it can work in practice in our lives.
These groups are held at various times during each week. There are some, which by choice, are for women; another is for young mothers, another for Youth and Young Adults and yet others which are open to all.
